Refund & Cancellation

At Trippnest, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, balancing flexibility for our customers with our operational commitments.

Cancellation Terms
15 Days or More Before Departure:
Full refund of the booking amount.

7 to 14 Days Before Departure:
50% refund of the booking amount.

24 to 48 Hours Before Departure:
No refund will be issued.

No Show or Cancellation Less Than 24 Hours Before Departure:
No refund will be issued.

Additional Notes
All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to booking@trippnest.in.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–15 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

Transaction fees, if any, may be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

Force Majeure
Trippnest reserves the right to cancel trips or services due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, pandemic-related restrictions, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, we will work with affected customers to provide alternative options or issue refunds as per the situation.
